Back in February, Jeff Sessions stated that there was “more violence” around marijuana.
He’s not the first politician or member of law enforcement to make these types of claims, and numerous others have followed suit. Just a few weeks ago, District Attorney Dan May argued that marijuana was “the gateway drug to homicide in our community and across our state.”

What do Charles Ponzi, Bernie Madoff, and Jordan Belfort – the man whom the film The Wolf of Wall Street is based on – all have in common?
They were all convicted of white collar crimes.
Ponzi served numerous years in prison in both Canada and the United States. Belfort served 22 months of a 4-year sentence and was also ordered to pay $110 million in restitution.

Since July 4th is one of the most dangerous driving holidays in Colorado, officials were particularly vigilant over the holiday this year, cracking down on DUI suspects with additional patrols and checkpoints.

hen I started looking for a criminal lawyer to help with my husband's criminal case, I went through many initial consultations with other lawyers which resulted in me getting turned away because they felt our situation was hopeless. We contacted Kimberly Diego for a DUI that involved some very difficult circumstances with law enforcement officers. Upon dealing with this very serious situation, I knew that it was going to be complicated and difficult to get through. Kimberly is a true professional. Shes professional, but not cold and strictly business.
