The idea behind the criminal justice system as a whole is to rehabilitate criminal offenders, preventing them from reoffending in the future. Unfortunately, this is much easier in theory than in practice.
In fact, an enormous proportion of former offenders commit new offenses and end up right back in Colorado state prisons. This problem is known as recidivism and is complex.

hen I started looking for a criminal lawyer to help with my husband's criminal case, I went through many initial consultations with other lawyers which resulted in me getting turned away because they felt our situation was hopeless. We contacted Kimberly Diego for a DUI that involved some very difficult circumstances with law enforcement officers. Kimberly is a true professional. Shes professional, but not cold and strictly business.
